It’s the time of the year when tender seedlings yearn for tepid emanations from the sun, black capped chickadees shed their winter coat and warble their prescient chant, and when we start thinking about Rose’s.
Rose’s have overcome a bad rap (most likely due to that White Zinfandel your mom used to drink) to emerge as an awesome summer wine that everyone can enjoy. Rose’s are being made in many different styles with many different grapes that are the perfect antidote for a hot summer day.
This Friday we’ll be pouring a flight of rose’s (+ our regular flight) as well as promulgating fatuous insight into the world of rose’s, how they differ, and what to expect from the various rose’s available.
