A visit to Uncorked is a visit to the unique palate of everyone's favorite local wine lovers, Kathy, Jeff, and Gerry. All three will agree that their absolute favorite thing about wine is that it is a condiment that compliments all foods! Jeff's favorite varietal is Cabernet Franc and the classic "Right Bank" style Bordeaux blends with an Italian flair. Gerry prefers to chill with an Oregon Pinot or go back to her New York roots with Niagara area Ice Wines. For Kathy, she loves all wine with her tastes varying from a Sauvignon Blanc to a Viognier to a Petite Sirah. At Uncorked, there is a wine for every palate!
