2024 Château d’Aigueville Blanc Rhone Valley, France (35% Clairette, 35% Viognier, 18% Grenache Blanc, 12% Bourboulenc) Certified Organic, characterised by its freshness, its tension and its minerality. By adjusting the temperature at which it is served, it can be enjoyed throughout the meal: cold starters, dishes with white meat or fish sauce, goat's cheese and even desserts with a predominantly vegetal flavour.

2023 Franck Givaudin Irancy, France

A small valley in the northern Burgundy region where Franck Givaudin is the 5th generation to run the family vineyard. From organic vineyards just south of Chablis, all hand harvested, fully destemmed and wild fermented in a mix of open top barrels and stainless steel, then aged in old barrels. Fresh and bright with crunchy red fruit and nice minerality, fermented with natural yeast.

2023 A Tribute to Grace Whole Cluster Grenache

A two-barrel blend from Santa Barbara Highlands and Vie Caprice done with 100% stems. Bright and savory, the 2022 is another superb wine in this range. Red cherry fruit, orange peel spice, tobacco and cedar lend an exotic flair to this mid-weight, wonderfully complex Grenache.

2023 A tribute to Grace Grenache Blanc

Practicing Organic, Thompson Vineyard (Santa Ynez Valley AVA) Gently whole cluster pressed to tank, settling for one sleep, before being racked to a combination of neutral barrique and stainless-steel barrels for fermentation. Aged on gross lees for 11 months in a combination of neutral barrique and stainless-steel barrels.
