100% Pinot Noir The 2017 season was fairly warm and the grapes were harvested early. Burgundian winemaking techniques such as open top fermentation and manual pump-overs were utilized. The wine was then aged in 100% French oak barrels for 12 months. The nose initially reveals aromas of cranberries, black plums and raspberries. The light, dusty earth-driven palate has balanced acidity with smooth, well-rounded tannins sustained by the notes of soft French oak.
