This baby is bright, refreshing, and redolent with pineapple, lemon zest, citrus blossom, and sweetgrass. The wine was aged in neutral oak with limited malolactic fermentation, providing a round mouthfeel and good acid to make it an excellent pairing wine. Has good minerality on the finish. Drink with vegetable dishes, chicken, and Cedar Plank Salmon.
