Made using old style artisan methods, “Coste del Vento” Grillo is a tasty and full-bodied white, characterized by a mineral salty energy. It is produced with maceration on the skins for some days and aged in steel and wooden tanks. It expresses tones of yellow, citrus fruits, butter, pastries and aromatic herbs that emerge from a marine background. On the palate it is round and rich, fresh and persistent.
