These 100% Estate grown grapes were crushed and fermented on site. The wine was then cellared in French Oak for 20 months. Bottled in October, 2020 at Cordon Winery. Luscious bouquet of blackberry, vanilla, anise, raspberry fruit, with a hint of coco and a back palette of minerals. The wine offers a full mouth feel, lingering finish, with balanced & well-structured tannins. This is classically structured Cabernet Sauvignon that drinks well now, but will continue to positively evolve for the next decade. 13 Stripes Winery is very Honored to be working with the Navy SEAL Foundation.
