Winemaker’s Notes: "What I love about Grenache is the seductively inviting aromas of jammy strawberries, dry cherries, plums, and cranberry with a hint of dry rose petals and Potpourri that makes you smell the wine over and over again. The mouthfeel is clean, fresh, and lively, without any heaviness with focused acidity and food-friendly softness."

White 2 – 2021 Miro Cellars Ribolla Gialla, Lodi, California
100% Ribolla Gialla
This is the first-ever white wine for Miro Cellars. The wine has intense fruity aromas of lemon curd, Bartlett pear, baking spices, and a hint of hazelnut. The color is straw yellow. It has a silky texture with great weight and length. It has a suggestively sweet finish although the wine is completely dry.
Food Pairing: It is great with grilled fish, cream soups, white meats with mushroom-based sauces

Since the early days of the winery, Don Vicente crafted this wine exclusively for his family, from the best that can be grown in the Curico Valley.
"The 2014 Family Collection is a modern red blend of the best of each vintage; in this case, it's 50% Cabernet Sauvignon with 20% Merlot, 12% Syrah, 10% Petite Sirah and 8% Petit Verdot, which came through as balanced and harmonious, but the palate showed abundant tannins and a slightly dry finish. Pinot 1 – 2019 Domaine Maurice Charleux & Fils Maranges 1er Cru Les Clos Roussots, Burgundy, France
100% Pinot Noir
A 2.14-hectare parcel in this climat, which contains just under 26 hectares of vines planted at 260 to 315 meters and facing south and southeast. These vineyards are less pitched than La Fussière. Soils are blue colored clay/marl mixed with limestone debris. Typical for the climat, this wine is fruit-forward and full of aromas and flavors of small red fruits, particularly raspberry, and it also has attractive lashings of vanilla and spices.

This particular blend is used because the natural acidity of the Riesling and Sauvignon plays off the power of the Friulano creating a rich palate of layered flavors. The barrels that remain after the final Studio di Bianco blend for the vintage has been made are used for the Collio Bianco. This wine generally comes completely from the Ruttars plot but in occasional vintages may include lots of Friulano from Brazzano.
