Red 1 – 2021 St. Amant The Bootleg Society Speakeasy Red, Lodi, California
Winemaker Notes: "This is our 11th vintage of our Speakeasy Red. It’s a fun wine to make. We throw out all the rules and simply go through all our barrels and put together the best blend that we can. This year’s wine is once again primarily zinfandel and the “secret ingredient.” As you know, it couldn’t rightfully bear the “Speakeasy” name without a secret ingredient. Needless to say, we think it makes a pretty good wine – ripe and juicy, with vibrant fruit flavors, and underling spice complement a rich full-bodied mouthfeel."
Notes of red and black cherry and plum, boysenberry, marionberry, fennel and toasted wood. Soft, plushy tannins and elevated acidity keeps it approachable and friendly from start to finish
Food pairings: Chicken wings, baby back ribs & football

Red 2 – 2020 Viña Progreso Overground 'Revolution' Tannat, Uruguay
100% Tannat
Winemaker Notes: "This collection is called “overground” as these wines are the wines we produce more often. They have an intense color, flavor and structure, showing the character that our climate and soil imprint to each wine. We produce a very particular style of typical Uruguayan wine, with a very aromatic fruit that refreshes the palate with great strength and structure, plus round and mature tannins. Intense and complex flavors, resulting from the slow ripening season typical of the cool temperate climate of the southern region of the Uruguayan coast.
