Some might think that wines made with organic grapes don’t taste as good as conventional wines. This is a misconception- wines made with organic grapes are sourced from organically tended vineyards and ripen just like regular old grapes, and they’re made into wine the same way all wines are.
Many wineries are now turning to farming that’s much more benevolent to our mother earth- practices such as organic, SIP Certified, and bio-dynamic; and many of these practices are beneficial to us humans (ie- less sulfites).
