Farm-to-table Cooking Demonstration and Wine Pairing, Live from Romagna Italy

Join us Sunday, May 30th at 2 pm ET / 11 am PT on Zoom and Facebook Live for a Virtal Tasting from Romagna, Italy. We will be tasting with winery Braschi and cooking with Chef Riccardo ‘Raccia’ Severi, broadcasting live from his garden as he literally picks from his garden and cooks up some farm-to-table dishes!
Hosted by our friends at verovinogusto, our favorite Italian dude Jeff Bonafede from Uncorked will be on hand to offer up his caustic wit and undeniable depth of the Italian wine scene. It will be a fun and informative way to start off the weekend (unless you took care of that Friday night)!

Former LA Rams Quarterback Vince Ferragamo Pouring His Wines!
Uncorked Hermosa 302 Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach, CAVince, who led the L.A. Rams to Superbowl XIV in Pasadena, has been making wines for 25 years. Coming from Italian heritage, he had a natural love for food and wine. He began to study wine, and an idea was born. His home in Orange Park Acres, California was the perfect canvas for his new project. Join us as we welcome Vince to Uncorked Hermosa to pour some of his recent vintages.
