49% Syrah, 22% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Mourvedre
"Nearly fifty years ago the Mercer family planted the first wine grapes in the Columbia Valley’s Horse Heaven Hills, on land our great-grandfather settled in 1886. We strive to maintain Willis Mercer’s independent spirit in our wines, grown predominantly from these original vineyards - tended by us, made by us." - Will Mercer & Rob Mercer
This wine leads with aromas and flavors of bursting ripe, black cherry and plum with notes of milk chocolate, coffee and sweet smoke. All of this lends to a balance of plush fruit and powdery tannins in the mid-palate, ending with a long lingering finish with notes of bing cherry and spice.
Food pairings: Beef kebabs, grilled veggies or lamb shank

Red 2 – 2021 Fanatic Wine Company Cabernet Franc, Clarksburg AVA, California
100% Cabernet Franc
The Clarksburg American Viticultural Area is a wine growing region just a few miles south of the City of Sacramento. The region's 7,000 acres of vines are planted in dense clay loam soils along the banks of the Sacramento River.
This little darling delivers aromas of red apple, cherry, and raspberry that frame the core of this wine. These fruits are lifted by the unforgettable rose petal and pink peppercorn often found in Loire Valley Cab Franc. The wine is charming and fruity with great versatility.
Food pairings: It pairs perfectly as a lightly chilled apero on the terrace or with a 'Zuni-style' roasted chicken and warm frisée salad.

Red 1 – 2017 Domaine Lafran-Veyrolles Bandol Rouge, Provence, France
Certified Organic
75% Mourvedre, 10% Cinsault, 10% Grenache, 5% Carignan
A vineyard that is exclusively cared for by hand thanks to the ancestral know-how passed on by generations of wine growers. On the slopes of the clay hills and exposed to the rising sun, the vineyard inhales the sea spray each day from the Bay of Bandol and the rocky inlet of the Port of Alon. The limestone subsoil and chalky marl make it the favorite of the Mourvèdre grape, the king variety in the Bandol wine region.
Notes of dark fruits, mulberries and blackcurrants can be found in the aroma. The palate is clean, full, complex, mineral and structured, with a beautiful fresh persistence and integrated tannins.
Food pairing: Charcuterie and cheeses, roasted meats with bold sauces

The flavors express themselves with red fruit and intense notes of Madagascan pepper, a typical characteristic of the minerality from this terroir. Combined it gives the wine its chiseled character.
