Red 1 – 2020 Cellars 33 Halcon Vineyard Grenache, Yorkville Highlands, California

Located at 2500 ft altitude, Halcon Vineyard is one of the highest vineyards in all of California. Overlooking both the Pacific Ocean as well as Anderson Valley, a small plot of Grenache grows on a steep hillside over rare, ancient rocky soils. A winemaker's dream to source grapes from this vineyard.
Aromas of cranberry, pomegranate and cherry with floral notes of cherry blossoms and baking spice. Mouthwatering acidity with flavors of tart red fruits, a hint of black pepper and licorice. Fine grain tannins on a long savory finish.
Food pairings: Meaty stews, classic Indian dishes, grilled or smoked fish, charcuterie boards

Red 2 – 2021 Finca Aylés, Ramón Reula "Unexpected" Garnacha, Spain

This is old vine Garnacha from vineyards that are all at least 100 years old that are in the Jiloca River valley south of Zaragoza. The “Unexpected” theme is that all the vineyards used for this wine had been abandoned for a long time and had been found using drones searching for old, abandoned vineyards in remotes places in the Jiloca valley. The Spanish government allows winemakers to revive, tend and harvest from abandoned vineyards at no cost resulting in exceptional values.
Aromas include dark cherries, dark plums, boysenberries, blueberries, and red peaches. Flavors include dark cherries, boysenberries, and blueberries. There is a medium body, perfect balance and acidity, and a long rich medium finish.
Food pairings: Charcuterie, beef and lamb dishes

White 1 – 2023 Famille Gayraud Blanc de Lamartine, Cotes du Lot IGP, France
55% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin, 15% Viognier
The Château Lamartine stands at the extremely west side of the Cahors Appellation, on the oldest of Lot Valley’s terraces. The terroir of the 37 hectares faces South on clay and limestone soils. For four generations, the Gayraud family has given the greatest care to the vines as well as the wine-making. This is the key to get the purest expression from the terroirs.
This wine is dry with notes of orange blossom, tangerine, and white flowers, and a crisp, refreshing palate.
Food Pairing: Seafood, poultry, soft cheeses

White 2 – 2020 Taddei Wines Sauvignon Blanc, Stark Vineyard, Calistoga, Napa Valley, California
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes: The Stark Vineyard hails from the alluvial tail out of Mount St Helena in the Calistoga AVA. The vineyard resides in a warm climate aiding in the development of more tropical fruit notes, resulting from higher levels of linalool, a compound that is largely responsible for wine aromatics.
This wine shows aromas of pineapple, mango, guava and citrus peel along with floral notes. The mouthfeel is crips with flavors of passion fruit, citrus and underlying notes of nut and clove spice.
Food pairings: Oysters, cheese plates, chicken dishes

Winery Notes: On the nose the wine explodes with aromatics of blueberries, raspberries and cassis, transitioning seamlessly into a silky, full bodied and elegant wine. In the glass, it possesses distinct varietal character of brambly blackberry flavors seasoned with pungent aromas of cooking spices in this intensely fruit driven wine. Its power and concentration provide a lush and round fruity approach that doesn't hinder its lingering textural complexity.

Red 2 – 2021 Taddei Stratification Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma
100% Zinfandel
Winery Notes: Stratification is a representation from three different elevations and geological zones within Dry Creek Valley. From the eastern ridge top is the Ionnatti Vineyard with boomer loam soil. The Colline Vineyard resting on the bench with manzanita loam and finally the valley floor Integrity Vineyard with yolo loam. Each providing a unique experience of the Dry Creek Valley AVA.
On the nose the wine is quite floral and fruity with violet, raspberry and underlying notes of pomegranate. Consistent from beginning to end with pure berry notes all the way through to the finish.
Food pairings: Roast, braised or grilled meats with barbecue sauces, tomato based sauces, spicy foods, smoked cheeses

White – 2022 S.R. Tonella Cellars Semillon Reserve, Rutherford, Napa Valley
89% Organic Semillon, 11% Sauvignon Blanc
A unique variety for Napa, only about 1% of the Rutherford Appellation is planted Semillon. The clones originated from Chateau d’Yquem in Bordeaux. It is the only organic Rutherford Semillon produced. This wine is sur lie aged in the lightest toast of new French oak to best express the purity of the variety. Rich golden color integrates with visible body and texture in this wine. Aromas of citrus give way to brioche and notes of Asian pear. The palate rewards with bright notes of lemon, minerality and hints of vanilla evolving to a lingering finish.
Food pairings: Poultry, seafood, cream sauces, spring vegetables, goat cheeses

Pinot 1 – 2017 Taddei Indindoli Vineyard PInot Noir, Russian River Valley, Sonoma

Taddei Wines is a small family-owned winery that offers exquisite hand-crafted small-lot wines. At their tasting room in Windsor, you can meet winemaker Chris Taddei for a personalized wine tasting experience.
This Pinot Noir has aromas of rose petals and strawberry jam that waft in the senses. The palate is chewy and deep with notes of baking spices from aging in 100% new French oak barrels. The acidity and tannins are high but well balanced with complex structure.
Food pairings: Pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce, salmon burgers

Pinot 2 – 2021 Domaine Divio Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon

Framed by the Coast Range mountains to the west and Cascade Mountains to the east, the Willamette Valley AVA forms a cool-climate growing basin ideally suited for the production of traditional Burgundian varieties. With an array of different soil types and microclimates, the quality and complexity of Willamette Valley wine has garnered a fierce international reputation.
Fresh cherry and cranberry juice on the nose followed by strawberry, raspberry, cola and orange rind. The palate is juicy and crunchy with flavors of cherry and good acidity, balanced with robust structure. The finish is refined with roasted coffee notes and fine tannins. Only 300 cases produced.
Food pairings: Salmon, trout, pork and mushroom dishes

Winery Notes: Le Page is a voluptuous and convivial wine, in the image of the AOP Saumur-Champigny. Made from young vines and matured in stainless steel vats, it combines freshness and elegance with simplicity.
Aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, boysenberries, nectarines, and red peaches. On the palette it has a pleasant silky feeling, very typical of Cabernet Franc.

For 4 generations, Domaine G. Metz has cultivated 16 hectares of vines in the heart of Alsace on exceptional terroirs and crus, as well as the Grand Cru Muenchberg and Zotzenberg. Hand-picking harvest with sorting, fermentation with wild yeasts, aging on the lees in century-old foudres, barrels or amphoras, as well as low levels of sulfites to encourage the primary expression of grape varieties and minerality.
Fruity and fresh with aromas of citrus and white flowers. The palate is lively floral and round on the finish.

Bubbles 1 – Champagne Cossy Cuvée Éclat Brut Premier Cru, Jouy-Les-Reims, France
32% Chardonnay, 33% Pinor Noir, 34% Pinot Meunier
Champagne Cossy was founded in 1764, in the tiny Premier Cru village of Jouy-Les-Reims, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Today, it is headed by Sophie Cossy following the unexpected and sudden passing of her father a little more than 10 years ago. Cuvée Éclat is the flagship wine of the estate.
This bottling is aged 3 years on the lees. No wood used. Dosage 8g/L. Pleasant bouquet of apples laced with citrus zest and a hint of pastry dough. The palate is fresh and textured, with flavors of ripe apple, pear and juicy lemon flesh. Nice length with layered finish. A beautiful blend of freshness and maturity.

Bubbles 2 – Ultraviolet Sparkling Brut Rosé, California
100% Pinot Noir
Made from pinot noir grapes from Manchester Ridge Vineyard, in the AVA region known as “islands in the sky.” Located 2,000 feet above Anderson Valley and 400 feet above the fog line.
This is floral and mineral driven with white flowers, strawberry and grapefruit zest. Tiny bubbles.

Red 1 – 2018 Nativ 'Eremo San Quirico' Gold Aglianico Irpinia Campi Taurasini, Campania, Italy
100% Aglianico
Winemaker Notes: Eremo San Quirico Gold, an important red wine whose vines are grown on volcanic soil in the Taurasi hills. The name of our wine derives from the place where horses were once said to have grazed in the wild, and where the remains of the ancient hermitage of S. Quirico can still be found.
This complex wine shows ripe red fruits, spices and cherry, dried dark flowers, hints of spices, balsamic herbs, rosemary and licorice, leather and chocolate. The sip is velvety with hints of cocoa, soft tannins and a long finish.
Food Pairings: Pasta with meat sauce, red meats and mature cheeses

Winery Notes: Valdangius excellence. Sagrantino di Montefalco translates in its essence the passion and tenacity of our winery. Dry, harmonious, with great structure, this wine is the emblem of our love for the land.
The nose is rich and complex with an integrated spicy note, characterized by elegant fruit tones with notes of ripe plums and blackberries; the palate remains full-bodied and at the same time elegant with good tannin. A wine that is at its best after long aging.
Food Pairings: Grilled meats, roast lamb, wild boar, and sausages aged cheeses.

White – 2021 Cantine DiMarzo 'Vigna Laure' Greco di Tufo Riserva, Campania, Italy
100% Greco
The di Marzo vineyards are planted with Greco, Fiano and Aglianico; for such a cosmopolitan family they always had a wonderfully focused approach. The cellar is made up of manmade caves dug deep under Tufo, where the constant temperature is perfect. Laure is a 5 hectare vineyard that rests at 350m and faces south-southwest. The vines were planted in 2008 and 2010 but, what sets this wine apart is the rock it is on. Laure is right on top of the old sulphur mine and the soils are unusually rich in sulphur.
This wine has a supreme intensity with bitter lemon, wild Mediterranean herb, wet stone and salt flavors.
Food pairings: Grilled fish with caper and tomatoes, Puttanesca sauce
